Weekend Wedding Experience — $9,500
Three days. One extraordinary celebration.
Friday — Prepare & Gather
- Access beginning at 10 AM
- Time to decorate and coordinate with your vendors
- Wedding rehearsal
- Option to host your rehearsal dinner on the grounds
Saturday — Celebrate
- Wedding-day access beginning at 8 AM
- Ceremony and reception spaces
- Tables and chairs
- Beautiful photography opportunities throughout designated areas
- Creekside, wooded, and courtyard settings
- Freedom to select your preferred vendors
- Celebrate until 11 PM, with approved vendor wrap-up afterward
- Leave decorations and belongings in place overnight
Sunday — A Relaxed Departure
- Return to collect decorations and personal belongings
- No need to dismantle your celebration Saturday night
- Final checkout by 2 PM

The One-Day Wedding Experience
One extraordinary day. Beautifully planned from beginning to end.
For couples who prefer a streamlined celebration, our One-Day Wedding Experience offers the beauty and atmosphere of Capriella Castle within a single-day rental.
One-Day Wedding Experience — $5,500
Your experience includes:
- Designated ceremony and reception spaces
- Tables and chairs
- Photography opportunities throughout designated areas
- Creekside, wooded, and courtyard settings
- Freedom to select your preferred vendors
- One scheduled 60-minute rehearsal before your wedding
- Limited item drop-off during the rehearsal, without decorating or setup
Wedding-day schedule
Reception festivities conclude by 10 PM. All guests, vendors, decorations, personal belongings, and equipment must be removed, with the venue fully vacated by 11 PM.
The One-Day Experience does not include exclusive use of the entire wedding property, Friday decorating, overnight storage, or Sunday pickup.
Additional Time & Special Arrangements
We understand that every wedding is unique. For couples who would like additional time, the following upgrades are available:

Additional reception hour, ending at 11 PM with midnight departure $500
Additional rehearsal hour $250
Friday access for setup and preparation $2,500
Sunday access for removal and checkout$1,500
All additional time must be arranged, approved, and paid for in advance. Availability is not guaranteed. Access times and departure requirements are established in your wedding agreement.
For larger celebrations or special arrangements, customized wedding proposals are available.
A More Personal Wedding Experience
Some places host weddings every weekend. We choose a different approach.
Through 2028, Capriella Castle is intentionally limiting wedding bookings to approximately six to seven celebrations annually, allowing us to provide a more personalized and exclusive experience.
Our focus is on creating a beautiful setting where couples can celebrate their love, make lasting memories, and enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere of the castle grounds.
With a limited number of wedding dates available each year, early reservations are encouraged.

$2,000 non-refundable booking deposit.
Weekend Wedding Experience
$4,000 non-refundable booking deposit.
For both experiences, the remaining balance is due six months before your wedding date.
All reservations, payment terms, and venue access arrangements are subject to your signed wedding agreement.
